Difference: Minus 110 pounds.
Starting Waist Measurement: 52 inches.
Current Waist Measurement: 36 inches.
Difference: Minus 16 inches.
Starting Neck Measurement: 19.5 inches.
Current Neck Measurement: 16.5 inches.
Difference: Minus 3 inches.
Also as of today I have eight cans of Diet Coke left in the fridge at home, once they're gone I'm giving it up which I have done before...but I know it's hard!
